NOTICE OF MEETING

Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (F) 

     The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Deer Park, Ohio shall meet on the 8th  day of JULY, 2024, at  SIX  P.M., in the City Council Chambers of the Deer Park Municipal Building, located at 7777 Blue Ash Rd, Deer Park, Ohio.                                                        

     The purpose of said meeting shall be to consider the waiver request for the residential vacant property license requirements for the following 3 properties:         

  • 7837 Plainfield Road
  • 7841 Plainfield Road
  • 3933 St Johns Terrace

NOTICE OF HEARING & MEETING

Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (F)

     The Planning Commission of the City of Deer Park, Ohio shall meet on the 9th day of July, 2024, at six o’clock p.m., in the lower level meeting room Council Chambers of the Deer Park Municipal Building, located at 7777 Blue Ash Rd, Deer Park, Ohio.        

The Planning & Zoning Commission shall meet to consider the following:

  • HEARING: A Conditional Use Request for 4125 Matson Ave, for use of a day care in a residential zone.  The property is zoned R-1 (Single Family Residential District). 
  • MEETING (Following the hearing): To discuss the Conditional Use request for 4125 Matson Avenue.
