NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING and MEETING

Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (F)     The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Deer Park, Ohio shall meet on Monday, the 5th day of August, 2024, at  SIX  P.M., in the City Council Chambers of the Deer Park Municipal Building, located at 7777 Blue Ash Rd, Deer Park, Ohio.       
                    The purpose of said hearing and meeting shall be to consider the following variance request:

  • 7242-7244 Ohio Ave: proposed sign outside of allowable regulations in a PR Planned Multi Family Residential district.  Request for 45 sq ft sign on building store front. 

(This date is a reschedule from the originally scheduled 7-29-2024 date.)

NOTICE OF MEETING   Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (F)

     The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Deer Park, Ohio shall meet on the 5th day of August, 2024, at SIX  P.M., in the City Council Chambers of the Deer Park Municipal Building, located at 7777 Blue Ash Rd, Deer Park, Ohio.                                                                  The purpose of said meeting shall be to consider the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law from the July 8, 2024, BZA meeting ref: waiver requests for the residential vacant property license requirements for the following 3 properties:   

  • 7837 Plainfield Road
  • 7841 Plainfield Road
  • 3933 St Johns Terrace

Note: this BZA meeting follows a public hearing (on an unrelated BZA matter) that begins at 6 p
