NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING and MEETING

Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (F)     The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Deer Park, Ohio shall meet on Monday, the 5th day of August, 2024, at  SIX  P.M., in the City Council Chambers of the Deer Park Municipal Building, located at 7777 Blue Ash Rd, Deer Park, Ohio.       
                    The purpose of said hearing and meeting shall be to consider the following variance request:

  • 7242-7244 Ohio Ave: proposed sign outside of allowable regulations in a PR Planned Multi Family Residential district.  Request for 45 sq ft sign on building store front. 

(This date is a reschedule from the originally scheduled 7-29-2024 date.)

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (F)

     The Deer Park, Ohio, City Council shall hold a public hearing on the 19th day of August 2024, at  six thirty p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Deer Park Municipal Building, located at 7777 Blue Ash Rd, Deer Park, Ohio.     

This Public Hearing is to consider the following 2 items ref: the City zoning code:

  • Proposed Text Code Amendments to the Deer Park Zoning Code:
  • (Conditional Use for proposed two family residence in R-1 or R-2)
  • Proposed Zoning Map change ref: 4239 Oakwood Ave (R-1 to PR)
