Yard / Garage Sale Regulations
Residents are reminded that although currently there is no fee or permit required for a yard or garage sale, there are regulations by ordinance, including:
1) hours are not to be before 9 am or after 9 pm
2) sale to be no longer than 4 days in duration
3) no more than 4 sales in a twelve month period
4) any signs posted need to be removed asap after the event
