It's that time of year again!! The City of Deer Park's Beautification Awards program is a city wide recognition program that acknowledges businesses, residences, organizations and other establishments for contributing to the improvement and beautification of our community. Nominate your neighbor or a local business that you think should be acknowledged for contributing to the beauty and overall curb appeal of our City. We will be accepting nominations starting June 20th and the deadline for entry is July 23rd at 4 p.m. Please click on the "More info" link to get a copy of the nomination form.

Please note that the June 17, 2025 Deer Park Block Watch meeting will be held at the Deer Park-Silverton Fire Station at 7:00pm.  The address is 7050 Blue Ash Road, Silverton, OH 45236.

As a reminder during the start of the summer season, the City of Deer Park has an ordinance prohibiting fireworks, with the exception of the following (3) dates: December 31st, January 1st until 1:00 a.m., and July 4th.  Click the link below to read the ordinance.

Please be respectful of your neighbors and remember that the use of fireworks in the City of Deer Park is strictly prohibited outside of these dates and times.  We appreciate your cooperation.  Thank you and have a happy and safe summer!

Memorial Day

Join us for the Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 26, 2025.   

Monday is also Mayor Donnellon's Birthday!!

 

The parade begins at 10:00am in Silverton.   The parade route is~

North on Ohio Avenue
East on Webster Avenue
North on Blue Ash Road
Stopping at Chamberlin Park
Then on to Sycamore Road
     and Bechtold Park

 

Please note that City Offices are closed on Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.

Join us for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for our new Music Pavillion
     in Chamberlin Park!

Saturday May 10, 2025.   Ribbon Cutting is at 3:30 pm.

2 bands will be performing ~
      Jump-N-Jive Big Band - 4:00 - 6:00 pm  (Featuring City Manager BJ Jetter!)
      The Remains - 7:00 - 10:00 pm

The Snack Shack will be open to purchase food & drinks. 
Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the afternoon and evening with us!

PLEASE NOTE:

The City office will close at 12 noon on Friday April 18, 2025 in observance of Good Friday.

Due to anticipated rain, the Easter Egg Hunt originally scheduled for April 5 has been rescheduled.  The new date is Saturday, April 12 at 11:00.

911 EMERGENCY CALLS are being routed to the Hamilton County Communications Center.

All municipal building phones are down unexpectedly as of 4/2/25 at 9:45am.  The phone company is working on the issue.   We'll update you when our phone system is back up.
