Building Permit Fees - Effective 1/1/2026, the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners adopted the following fee schedule.  Please click this link to view the schedule -

       * Please note:  Effective 2/1/2021, a credit card transaction fee of 3% is assessed on all credit card payments. 

Fences, small sheds, driveway aprons, etc. - These require permits and are currently $25.00. Please submit application with (3) sets of drawings for proposed work.  Contact the office for more information if needed. Click here for FENCE GUIDELINES
