The Deer Park Community Improvement Corporation ( CIC ) shall meet on Monday, July 10th, 2023 at 12:30 P.M. The meeting will take place in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 7777 Blue Ash Road, Deer Park, OH 45236.  This is a regular meeting to conduct business as necessary.

There is a price increase on your waste collection fee on the monthly water bill. Single family went from $18.82 per month to $25.20 per month. The significant increase is due to AN EXPIRING 5 YEAR CONTRACT; ALTHOUGH NOW LOCKED IN FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS.  There should have been a notice in the January and/or February bill that stated the increase was now in effect.  Please note that this fee includes curbside trash and recycling pick up, as well as weekly brush chipping service, and the fall curbside vacuum leaf pick up.
