The Planning Commission of the City of Deer Park, Ohio shall meet on the 5th day of February, 2024, at five thirty p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Deer Park Municipal Building, located at 7777 Blue Ash Rd, Deer Park, Ohio.
The Planning & Zoning Commission shall meet to consider the following:
- HEARING: A Conditional Use Request for 4337 E. Galbraith Rd, for a smoke shop. The property is zoned MUB (Multi Use Business).
- MEETING (Following the hearing): To discuss the Conditional Use request for 4337 E. Galbraith Rd.

A copy of this Notice shall be posted at the locations in the City of Deer Park, Ohio where ordinances are required to be posted; said posting to take place at least 10 days before the meeting. In addition, at least twenty four hours advance notice shall be given to the news media that have requested notification. Any person may, upon request and payment of a reasonable fee, obtain reasonable advance notification of all meetings at which any specific type of public business is to be discussed. The agenda of the meeting shall be mailed to all subscribers on a mailing list, or mailing notices in self-addressed stamped envelopes provided by the person.
