NOTICE OF MEETING

Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (F)

     The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Deer Park, Ohio shall meet on the 21st    day of AUGUST, 2023, at  SIX THIRTY  P.M., in the City Council Chambers of the Deer Park Municipal Building, located at 7777 Blue Ash Rd, Deer Park, Ohio.                                                     

The purpose of said meeting shall be to consider the findings of the BZA hearing & meeting that took place on 7-24-2023 ref: an administrative appeal regarding:

• 3933 St Johns Terrace, for the condemnation order and order for immediate razing of garage at aforesaid address.

A copy of this Notice shall be posted at the locations in the City of Deer Park, Ohio where ordinances are required to be posted; said posting to take place at least   6   days before the meeting.  In addition, at least twenty four hours advance notice shall be given to the news media that have requested notification.  Any person may, upon request and payment of a reasonable fee, obtain reasonable advance notification of all meetings at which any specific type of public business is to be discussed.  The agenda of the meeting

shall be mailed to all subscribers on a mailing list, or mailing notices in self-addressed stamped envelopes provided by the person.
