*NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (F)
The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Deer Park, Ohio shall meet on Monday, the 14th day of July 2025, at SIX P.M., in the City Council Chambers of the Deer Park Municipal Building, located at 7777 Blue Ash Rd, Deer Park, Ohio.
The purpose of said hearing and meeting shall be to consider the following variance request:
1) 7711 Eustis Court: Request for a residential front yard fence variance.
2) 4300 Glenway Ave: Request for a residential front yard fence variance.
A copy of this Notice shall be posted at the locations in the City of Deer Park, Ohio where ordinances are required to be posted; said posting to take place at least 6 days before the meeting. In addition, at least twenty-four hours’ advance notice shall be given to the news media that have requested notification. Any person may, upon request and payment of a reasonable fee, obtain reasonable advance notification of all meetings at which any specific type of public business is to be discussed. The agenda of the meeting
shall be mailed to all subscribers on a mailing list or mailing notices in self-addressed stamped envelopes provided by the person.
