NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING and MEETING

Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (F)

     The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Deer Park, Ohio shall meet on the 15th day of August, 2022, at  SIX  P.M., in the City Council Chambers of the Deer Park Municipal Building, located at 7777 Blue Ash Rd, Deer Park, Ohio.                                     

     The purpose of said hearing and meeting shall be to consider the following variance requests:

• 3930 St Johns Terrace, for the front yard setback for a proposed front porch. Applicant requests approval for 20.5 foot setback.  Zoning code requires a front yard setback of 30 feet.  
• 8000 Beech Ave, for the height of fencing in the front yard. Property is a corner lot.  Request is for 6 foot high along side street.  Code maximum is 3 foot high for front yard fencing.

A copy of this Notice shall be posted at the locations in the City of Deer Park, Ohio where ordinances are required to be posted; said posting to take place at least   6   days before the meeting.  In addition, at least twenty four hours advance notice shall be given to the news media that have requested notification.  Any person may, upon request and payment of a reasonable fee, obtain reasonable advance notification of all meetings at which any specific type of public business is to be discussed.  The agenda of the meeting shall be mailed to all subscribers on a mailing list, or mailing notices in self-addressed stamped envelopes provided by the person.
