Upcoming Snowfall

Jan 22, 2026

Significant snowfall has been predicted for this weekend (January 24-25).  Our Service Department will be out this weekend plowing and salting the streets.  Please move your vehicles into your driveway to allow the snowplows to clear a larger area of the streets.   Please do NOT shovel snow into the street.   Shovel the snow into your yard.

Additionally, please be aware of any Snow Emergencies that may be declared by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department.  Below are explanations of the various levels.

  • Level 1 Snow Emergency:  Roadways are hazardous due to blowing snow, drifting snow and/or ice.  Visibility may be reduced.  Motorists should drive with extreme caution.
  • Level 2 Snow Emergency:  Roadways are extremely hazardous due to heavy snow, drifting and/or ice accumulation.  Only essential travel is advised.
  • Level 3 Snow Emergency:  All roadways are closed to non-emergency personnel.  Driving is prohibited unless you are a first responder, medical professional, essential worker or for emergencies.  Violators may face arrests or citations.
