Hamilton County Yard trimmings drop-offs reopen March 31 |

Look around your backyard. Your leaves, old shrubs, branches and brush aren't landfill material. They can be used to create valuable compost and recycle nutrients back into Hamilton County yards. To help you recycle your yard trimmings, the Hamilton County Recycling and Solid Waste District's Yard Trimmings Drop-Off Sites will reopen on March 31, 2012. As always, this service is free to Hamilton County residents. Approximately 7,000 tons of yard trimmings were collected and last year. Dates and Hours: March
