Sidewalk Program |

1) Submit application for approval of sidewalk replacement. Walk will be marked with an "x". 2) After approval, contact a bonded concrete company to do the work. (We have a list of bonded contractors if you wish to choose from it.) Inform the City of the company and the price. 3) The City will do an inspection prior to pouring, and a final inspection. Please notify this office when ready for pre-pour inspection. 4) After work is finished, please submit a copy of the paid invoice to the City. The City will reimburse 50% for work that costs less than $400.00. For work that is $400 - $750, the reimbursement is $250. For work that is $751 - $1,000, reimbursement is $300.00. For work that is more than $1,000, reimbursement is $400.00. For lots that exceed 90 ft of total frontage, reimbursement is on a different scale; see office if applicable.
